Processing Time

All apparel is made to order.

Please allow approximately 6–8 business days for processing before your order ships.

Processing time is separate from the shipping speed selected at checkout.

Please note:

  • Orders placed during holidays, sales, launches, or high-volume periods may require additional processing time

  • Custom or personalized items may take longer to produce

  • Order changes requested after purchase may delay fulfillment


Shipping Times

Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery times will depend on the shipping method selected at checkout.

Selecting expedited shipping only speeds up the shipping transit time — it does not reduce processing or production time.

Estimated shipping times provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.


Shipping Carriers

We ship orders using trusted carriers such as:

  • UPS

  • FedEx

Available shipping methods and rates will be displayed during checkout based on your location.


Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.


Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

Elite Customs is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

We cannot guarantee address changes once production or shipping has begun.


Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Elite Customs is not responsible for:

  • Shipping carrier delays

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

  • Weather-related delays

  • Delivery issues caused by carriers

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.


International Shipping

International shipping may be available depending on location.

Please note:

  • Delivery times may vary by country

  • Customers are responsible for customs fees, import duties, taxes, or additional charges required by their country

  • International orders may experience customs delays outside our control
