Refund policy

At Elite Customs, all apparel is made to order. Because of this, we currently offer store credit only for approved returns. Refunds are not issued back to the original payment method.

Please review the policy below before placing your order.


Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery

  • Merchandise must be:

    • Unworn

    • Unwashed

    • Free of odors, stains, or damage

    • In original condition

Items marked as FINAL SALE are not eligible for returns or exchanges.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Any order changes or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order.

After production begins, we are unable to make changes.


Store Credit Policy

Approved returns will be issued as store credit only in the form of an electronic gift card sent by email.

Please note:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

  • If your order originally qualified for free shipping, return shipping costs may be deducted from your store credit

  • Store credit does not expire

Please allow 3–6 business days after your return is delivered for processing.


Shipping Disclaimer

Elite Customs is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, or other delivery issues outside of our control.

We cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date unless otherwise stated.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

For returns over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
